The Easiest 3 Ingredient Banana Oat Meal Cookies.

How can baking biscuits ever be rapid? You usually must acquire a scale, then carefully measure out all the components, caress the bread for ages, cut out small cookies into heart, star and moon shapes and then wait a second century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake biscuits under these conditions. That is just how I roll. But then I came across those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)

Ok, they don't taste exactly like the cookies you get round Christmas time. Instead they are a bit more gooey and don't crumble in any respect.

But what largely convinced me was that you can have them prepared in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most astonishing thing about the biscuits is that they involve only 2 ingredients! Yep that is correct, and anyone can mix two ingredients.

Though in case you want to make them even tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody is gont cover me if you eat them), but I have to mention yet another awesome thing about these cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, once I had had the first I finished the rest within one hour.

They are excellent for hiking excursions or other events where you want a quick pleasant bite on the go. Nowadays I keep these as a quick snack in my back pack.

It must also be mentioned they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the usual cookie supposes. Just oats and peanuts.

Health Benefits -- Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies

First I wished to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- cause I still feel these will be the only truly healthful snacks that have yet been made by humanity.

Take oats for example. Not only do they reduce your cholesterol levels which in turn will help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbs and nutrients to keep you going for more throughout the day.

These nutrients include manganese, good for bone production and skin integrity in addition to magnesium -- significant for energy production to allow you to feel more awake

Same with peanuts -- the favorite fruit among athletes -- not only because they have a decent number of good carbohydrates but also for being the huge players in the potassium game.

Potassium is a very important nutrient for preventing fatigue and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you've got a hard day ahead of you.

Because you can see, I'm a huge fan.

Here is a good example of if I might have done with a couple of these cookies. Sadly, I did not have them .

Perhaps you have been stuck somewhere in character and thought"damn I'm in trouble!" ? If yes, where? I Need to go
